Page sizes

A4, Letter, 4×6 inch (handy for printing photo labels on a thermal printer) or the same size as each image, with an adjustable margin.

Good practice for scanned documents

Photograph documents in good light and fill the frame with the page. Use A4 page size with a small margin so the PDF prints like a normal document. For KYC or GST registration uploads, check the portal's file size limit; you can shrink photos first with Compress image.

Printing photos on 4×6

Choose the 4×6 inch page size to print product photos, QR codes or custom stickers on a thermal printer – each image becomes one 4×6 page.

How to use the Image to PDF, step by step

  1. Open Image to PDF and drop your images.

  3. Pick the page size and margin.
  4. Click Create PDF.
