AJIO Label Crop with SKU Stamping – Old and New Dropship Labels

AJIO sellers currently receive two different label formats. Old labels show an "Order#" barcode with a D/X mark; new Dropship labels show a Shipment #, Order ID and FO Order ID. Neither format tells your packer which SKU goes into the parcel.

The AJIO label crop detects which format each PDF uses, matches every label to your AJIO order sheet (Excel) and prints the SKU and quantity on the label. Labels that do not match an open order are removed and listed in an error report, so you never ship the wrong item.

Old AJIO labels

The order number on old labels is read from the label text, or with built-in OCR when the number is only inside the barcode image. It is matched against "Customer Order Id" in the order sheet, and "SKU (qty)" is stamped on the label. Labels with no open quantity or an unknown order are removed and written to an error Excel file.

New AJIO Dropship labels

The Shipment # is matched to "Seller Order Id" in the Excel (falling back to the customer order ID). The tool stamps SKU and quantity, and can also add a sequence number and date/time. Duplicate labels are skipped, quantity mismatches are flagged, and you get a CSV log plus a PDF of unmatched labels.

Auto-detection

Drop old and new AJIO PDFs together – each file is tagged "Old AJIO label" or "New AJIO label" and the order-sheet box opens automatically so you can add the Excel.

How to use the AJIO label crop, step by step

Download your AJIO labels PDF(s) and the open orders Excel from the AJIO seller portal.
Open AJIO label crop (or the auto-detect crop) and drop the PDFs.
Add the order sheet with Choose Excel file. You can add more than one Excel.
Leave Label type on "Detect automatically".
Click Crop and download, then check the AJIO report and the error file.

Tips

Always use the latest order Excel: an order that was cancelled or already shipped has no open quantity and will be removed – this is a safety feature.
Turn on Sort labels A to Z by SKU for faster picking.

Does the tool need internet for OCR?

No. The OCR engine is part of the website and runs on your device once the page has loaded.

What happens to labels that are not in my Excel?

They are left out of the print file and listed in the error report (Excel for old labels, PDF and CSV log for new labels).

Can I crop AJIO labels without an Excel file?

Yes. Without the order sheet the labels are simply cropped to 4×6 without SKU stamping.
