The service

LabelCroppers provides free browser-based tools to crop shipping labels, make stickers and invoices, and edit PDF files and images. The tools are provided free of charge and may change, be improved or be discontinued at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Use the tools only with files you own or are authorised to process.
• Do not use the tools to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or remove passwords or protection from files you are not entitled to open.
• Always check the output – labels, SKUs, quantities, invoices and tax amounts – before you print, ship or file it. You remain responsible for your orders, invoices and compliance with marketplace rules and tax law.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make them accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are free of errors, will suit your purpose, or that results (for example SKU matching, OCR reading or tax calculations) will always be correct.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabelCroppers is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost orders, penalties, returns, shipping errors, lost profits or data loss, arising from the use of or inability to use the website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, which is zero for free tools.

Marketplace names and trademarks

Names such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, AJIO, FirstCry, Snapdeal, JioMart and others are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe which label formats our tools work with. LabelCroppers is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any marketplace.

Intellectual property

The website design, code, text, logo and graphics are owned by LabelCroppers. You may use the tools freely, but you may not copy, resell or republish the website itself without permission. Files you create with the tools belong to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
