Amazon Easy Ship Label Crop with Automatic SKU Stamping
Amazon India gives Easy Ship and Self Ship sellers a PDF where each order has a shipping label page and an invoice page. The label does not show which product is inside, so packers have to cross-check every invoice — slow and error-prone when you ship dozens of orders a day.
The Amazon label crop reads the SKU and quantity from each invoice page, prints them in small text on the matching label, and gives you clean 4×6 thermal labels. Your team can pack from the label alone.

How the SKU is matched
Each invoice in the Amazon PDF lists the seller SKU and quantity for that order. The tool reads that text from the invoice that belongs to each label and writes it in a small, clear band on the label so it never covers the barcode or address.
How to use the Amazon label crop, step by step
- Download the shipping labels together with invoices from Amazon Seller Central.
- Open Amazon label crop and drop the PDF.
- Make sure Stamp SKU on labels is ticked. Tick Sort labels A to Z by SKU if you want picking order.
- Click Crop and download.
- Use the picklist to pull stock, then pack each parcel by the SKU printed on its label.
Tips
- Keep invoices in the downloaded PDF – the SKU comes from them.
