How to Crop Meesho Shipping Labels to 4×6 for a Thermal Printer

Updated 27 October 2026 · 3 min read · By the LabelCroppers team

Meesho gives sellers their shipping labels as an A4 PDF: the courier label sits in the top half of each page and the tax invoice fills the bottom half. A 4×6 thermal printer cannot use that page as it is — print it straight and you get a tiny label, wasted rolls or a label the courier cannot scan.

The Meesho label crop on LabelCroppers cuts the label out of every page and places it on a clean 4×6 inch page, so a TSC, Zebra, TVS, Xprinter or any other thermal printer prints it edge to edge. It works on hundreds of pages at once and nothing is uploaded: the PDF is processed inside your browser.

What the Meesho crop does for you

  • Finds the label area automatically. The crop box is preset to the Meesho layout, and you can drag it once if your file looks different. The box is remembered for next time.
  • Drops the invoice half, or keeps it as a separate page after each label if you need the invoice inside the parcel.
  • Skips blank pages and empty slots, so you do not waste thermal labels.
  • Smart trim tightens the crop to the printed area so the barcode prints as large as possible.
  • Merges several Meesho PDFs from different accounts into one print file.
  • Adds a page footer (page number and date/time) if you want to keep count while packing.

Which label sizes are supported

Most sellers use 4×6 inch (100×150 mm) labels. You can also choose 4×4 inch, A6, an A4 page with 2, 4, 6 or 8 labels per sheet for ordinary laser printers, or keep the exact cropped size.

How to use the Meesho label crop, step by step

  1. Download the label PDF from the orders section of the Meesho Supplier Panel.
  2. Open the Meesho label crop tool and drop one or more PDFs into it.
  3. Check the preview. The blue box shows what will be printed; drag it if you need a different area.
  4. Pick the label size (4×6 is the default) and options such as blank-page skipping.
  5. Click Crop and download, or Print to send it straight to your thermal printer.

Tips

  • In the printer dialog set the paper to 4×6 in / 100×150 mm and scale to 100% (or "Actual size"). "Fit to page" on the wrong paper size is the most common reason labels come out small.
  • Use Sort labels A to Z by SKU when packing many orders: identical products come out together, which makes picking faster.
  • Keep the same crop box for every day's file — the tool remembers it per marketplace.
