Flipkart FBF box labels
Print Flipkart FBF Box Labels on 4×6 Thermal Labels
Sellers who send stock to Flipkart warehouses under FBF need a label on every box in the consignment. The label PDF is usually laid out for A4, which wastes paper and leaves small barcodes.
Cropping each box label onto a 4×6 sticker makes cartons easy to scan at the warehouse dock.
How to print FBF box labels
- Download the consignment box labels from Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Open the Flipkart FBF box label tool.
- Set Labels per page to match the PDF.
- Check the output preview.
- Download or print.
Settings
- 4×6 paper, 2 mm margin.
- Auto-rotate on.
- Skip blanks on.
Before you leave for the warehouse
- Count the cartons and compare with the number of box labels.
- Make sure every label is flat, unwrinkled and not covered by shiny tape.
- Keep the consignment paperwork and the original label PDF together.
- Photograph sealed, labelled cartons for your records.
Common printing problems
- Barcode too faint – raise printer darkness or slow the print speed.
- Label shifted or cut – calibrate the printer and set the paper size to 4×6 in the driver.
- Label printed tiny – the viewer is scaling; print at Actual size.
- Blank labels between pages – keep Skip blanks on.
Placement
Stick each label flat on a side of its box, away from seams, and remove old labels from reused cartons. Follow Flipkart’s current FBF guidelines in Seller Hub.
