FNSKU Label Generator Free: Print Amazon FBA Barcode Stickers
Every unit you send to an Amazon fulfilment centre needs an FNSKU barcode label so Amazon can track it as your inventory. Seller Central can print these labels, but many sellers want more control over sticker size, layout and quantity – or need to print extra labels later without logging in.
An FNSKU label generator lets you type or paste the FNSKU, choose how many copies you need and print them on a thermal printer or A4 sticker sheets.
How to make FNSKU labels
- Copy the FNSKU (it usually starts with X00) from your Seller Central inventory or shipment.
- Open the FBA FNSKU sticker generator.
- Enter the FNSKU, a short product title and the condition (for example New).
- Set the quantity – one label per unit.
- Choose thermal or A4 sheet output and print.
What goes on an FNSKU label
- A Code 128 barcode of the FNSKU.
- The FNSKU text under the barcode.
- A shortened product title.
- The item condition.
Choosing a label size
- Thermal 50×25 mm – the most common FNSKU size for small items.
- 38×25 mm – for very small packaging.
- 50×30, 75×50, 100×50, 100×150 mm – larger items or more text.
- A4 sheets – 21, 24, 40, 44 or 65 labels per sheet for laser and inkjet printers.
Avoid common rejections
Barcodes must scan reliably. Print at 100% scale, avoid glossy tape over the barcode, and do not shrink the label below the size the layout was designed for. Test-scan a label with a phone barcode app before printing hundreds.
Where to stick it
Place the label on a flat surface of each unit and cover any other scannable barcode such as the manufacturer’s UPC/EAN, so the fulfilment centre scans only your FNSKU. Follow Amazon’s current labelling requirements in Seller Central.
