How to convert HEIC to JPG

  1. Open the Image converter.
  2. Drop the HEIC photos (as many as you like).
  3. Choose JPG and quality (90% is a good default).
  4. Click Convert and download.

Batch conversion

Every image gets the same settings, so a whole album converts in one go.

Other formats it reads

Besides HEIC, the converter reads JPG, PNG, WEBP, AVIF, GIF, BMP, TIFF, SVG and ICO, and saves to JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, BMP, TIFF, ICO, SVG or PDF. You can also put all converted images into one PDF.

For marketplace uploads

Many seller panels reject HEIC. Convert to JPG at 90% quality, then use the image resizer to reach the marketplace size you need.

HEIC on Windows and Android

Windows needs extra extensions to open HEIC, and many Android gallery apps and websites still do not support it. Converting once to JPG means the photo opens everywhere – email, WhatsApp, seller panels and office software.

Quality setting

90% quality keeps photos visually identical to the original while making files much smaller than PNG. Lower it to 70–80% if you need smaller files for email or forms, or choose PNG if you plan to edit the image further.

Stop iPhone saving HEIC

In iPhone Settings → Camera → Formats, choose Most Compatible to shoot JPG in future.
