How to Print JioMart Seller Labels on a Thermal Printer
Printing JioMart labels on a thermal printer is quick once the printer and PDF agree on the same size. Most problems come from printing an uncropped A4 page on a 4×6 roll.
Use this walkthrough the first time; after that, printing is one click.
1. Crop the label PDF
Drop the JioMart PDF into the JioMart label crop tool. Each label is moved to its own 4×6 page with page clutter removed.
2. Configure the printer
- Windows: Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers → your label printer → Printing preferences.
- Paper/stock: 4 × 6 in or 100 × 150 mm.
- Media type: labels with gaps; method: direct thermal.
- Darkness: middle value to start.
- Calibrate using the printer’s button or utility.
3. Print correctly
In the print dialog choose the label printer, margins None, scale 100%. In Adobe Reader pick Actual size. Print one label, scan the barcode with a phone app to confirm it reads, then print the batch.
Printing many labels
Crop all JioMart labels for the day into one PDF and print them in one job. Keep the output file until the pickup is complete so you can reprint a damaged label with the Extract pages tool.
Test first
Print one label and scan it with a phone barcode app before printing the full batch.
Common first-time issues
- Two stickers per label – recalibrate.
- Tiny label – paper size still A4.
- Faint – raise darkness slightly.
- Sideways – turn on Auto-rotate.
