Bulk Label Crop: Process Hundreds of Shipping Labels at Once
Bulk label cropping is about doing the whole day’s dispatch in one action instead of file by file.
With auto-detection, even mixed marketplace files can be processed together.
Preparing a bulk batch
- Download every label PDF into one folder.
- Name files by marketplace and date so they are easy to spot.
- Add the AJIO order sheet if you have AJIO labels.
Running it
Select all files and drop them into the Auto-detect label crop tool. Processing runs page by page with a progress bar; a few hundred labels usually take under a minute on a normal laptop.
Tips for very large batches
- Use a computer for 500+ labels; phones have less memory.
- Close other heavy tabs while cropping.
- Split huge print jobs into batches of 100–200 to recover easily from jams.
- Add page numbers in the footer to track progress.
Mixing marketplaces
Bulk batches can mix marketplaces in the Auto-detect tool. Each file is detected and cropped with the right settings, then combined in the order you added them.
Save and name the output
Save each day’s combined file with the date, for example Labels_30-10.pdf. If a courier asks for a reprint later, you can find the label quickly and extract just that page.
Checking the result
The status line shows totals per marketplace, blanks skipped and any warnings. Page numbers in the footer let you confirm every label is present.
