FirstCry sellers download a merged PDF where each shipping label is followed by its invoice. Kidswear adds a twist: the same style comes in many ages, so packing from the label alone is risky.
A FirstCry label crop tool checks each label against its invoice and prints the Style Code, Age and Qty right on the label.
How it works
- Download the merged label + invoice PDF from your FirstCry seller panel.
- Open the FirstCry label crop tool and drop the PDF in.
- Each label is paired with its invoice and the customer details are checked.
- Style Code, Age and Qty are stamped and the invoice pages are dropped.
- Download or print the 4×6 labels.
Built-in checks
- Orders whose label and invoice do not match are flagged for review instead of printed.
- A review PDF and CSV report list every flagged order.

From a merged PDF with 5 orders, you get 4 stamped labels and 1 order flagged for review because its label and invoice did not match. The report shows Order #, customer name, status and the stamped items, so you can check the flagged order in the FirstCry panel and print its label from the review PDF once confirmed.
