Snapdeal label crop
How to Print Snapdeal Shipping Labels on a Thermal Printer
Printing Snapdeal labels correctly is mostly about three settings: a cropped PDF, a 4×6 paper size in the printer driver, and 100% print scale.
Get these right once and every later batch prints perfectly with a single click.
Step 1 – Crop the PDF
Download your labels from Snapdeal Seller Zone and drop the file into the Snapdeal label crop tool. Each label is placed on its own 4×6 page with the extra page area removed.
Step 2 – Prepare the printer
- Open Printing preferences for your thermal printer in Windows.
- Select or create a paper size of 4 × 6 in (101.6 × 152.4 mm).
- Choose direct thermal as the print method.
- Set darkness near the middle.
- Run label gap calibration (usually by holding the feed button or from the printer utility).
Step 3 – Print
Open the cropped PDF, press Ctrl+P, pick the thermal printer, set margins to None and scale to 100% (Actual size in Adobe Reader). Untick headers and footers in Chrome. Print one label first, check it, then print the rest.
Quick fixes
- Label tiny in a corner → printer still set to A4.
- Label spread over two stickers → calibrate the gap sensor.
- Faint text → increase darkness one step or clean the print head.
- Barcode smudged → reduce darkness or speed.
