JioMart Label Not Printing Right? Fixes for Every Common Problem
When a JioMart label prints badly, the parcel can be delayed at pickup. Use this list to find the cause quickly.
Start with size problems, then print quality, then the PDF itself.
Size problems
- Small label: crop the PDF and set 4×6 paper size.
- Cut-off edges: margins None, scale 100%, add 2 mm margin in the tool.
- Two stickers per label: calibrate the printer.
Quality problems
- Blank stickers: roll loaded wrong way or ribbon mode selected.
- Faded print: darkness up a step or clean the head.
- Bleeding barcode: darkness down or slower speed.
PDF problems
- Locked PDF: run Unlock PDF first.
- Wrong area: Adjust crop → Reset box.
- Wrong marketplace file: the JioMart label crop tool warns you and suggests Auto-detect.
Quick checklist
- Crop to 4×6 before printing.
- Paper size 4×6 in the driver.
- Scale 100% / Actual size.
- Darkness medium-high.
- Test-scan one label.
When to contact JioMart
If the label PDF itself shows wrong order details, missing barcodes or an unreadable layout, download it again from the seller panel. If the problem stays, raise it with JioMart seller support – cropping cannot fix data on the label.
Prevent repeats
Write your working settings on a card next to the printer: paper size, darkness, speed. New staff can then reset the printer in seconds.
