Myntra Label Printing Problems: Quick Fixes
When a Myntra label prints wrong, it is usually a paper size, scale or calibration issue.
Use this checklist.
Fixes
- Tiny label: crop to 4×6 and print at 100%.
- Sideways: enable Auto-rotate.
- Cut off: set margins None, calibrate.
- Blank: check roll orientation and thermal mode.
Crop issues
If part of the label is missing, click Adjust crop in the Myntra label crop tool and Reset box.
Problems specific to fashion parcels
- Labels on soft polybags wrinkle – stick them on a flat area and smooth from the centre out.
- Glossy bags cause glare – avoid covering the barcode with shiny tape.
- Small parcels: fold nothing over the barcode; use a larger bag if needed.
When to reprint
Reprint any label whose barcode is smudged, wrinkled or partly covered. A clean reprint takes seconds and avoids a failed pickup scan.
Five-minute fix checklist
- Recrop the PDF so each label is a single 4×6 page.
- Set the driver paper size to 4×6 / 100×150 mm.
- Print at Actual size, never Fit to page.
- Calibrate the printer and clean the printhead.
- Print one test label and scan it.
Prevent repeat problems
Keep the printhead clean, store rolls away from heat and sunlight, and use the same saved crop settings every day. Most repeat problems come from a printer setting that was changed by mistake.
File issues
Unlock locked PDFs first; use Auto-detect for mixed marketplace files.
