AJIO label crop
AJIO Label Crop Online Free with SKU Stamp
AJIO labels are hard to pack from: the label shows the courier details and order or shipment number, but not a clear SKU you can read at a glance. Sellers end up opening the order sheet for every parcel.
An AJIO label crop tool that matches each label with your order Excel solves both problems at once: a clean 4×6 label, with the SKU and quantity printed on it.
How to use it
- Download the AJIO label PDF and the order sheet (Excel) from your AJIO seller panel.
- Open the AJIO label crop tool and add the order Excel.
- Drop the label PDF in – old and new label types are detected automatically.
- Download or print the stamped 4×6 labels.
What you get
- SKU and quantity stamped on every matched label.
- Labels sorted so single-quantity orders come first.
- An error file for labels that could not be matched, so nothing ships wrong.
- A picklist with total pieces per SKU.
Step-by-step with an example
- You have 40 AJIO orders: 30 on old labels and 10 on new Dropship labels.
- Add both order Excel files – the tool reports how many order IDs and shipments it found.
- Drop both label PDFs; the file list tags each as old or new.
- Click Crop and download: 38 labels print with SKUs, 2 are removed because they were cancelled.
- Open the report to see the 2 removed orders, then pack the 38 using the picklist.
Reports you can download
- Error file (Excel) – removed labels and reasons.
- Unmatched PDF – new Dropship labels that need review.
- CSV log – every stamped shipment with SKU and quantity.
Old and new labels
Older AJIO labels show an Order # with a D or X mark; newer Dropship labels show a Shipment #. The tool reads whichever is present and matches it to the right row in your Excel.
Frequently asked questions
Is the AJIO label crop tool free?
Yes. No account and no limit.
Do I need the Excel file?
Only for SKU stamping. Without it, labels are still cropped to 4×6.
Is my order data uploaded?
No. The PDF and Excel are processed in your browser.
Does it handle hundreds of AJIO labels?
Yes. Old labels that need OCR take longer, so allow a little more time for big batches.
Can I re-run after fixing the Excel?
Yes, just add the updated sheet and process again.
