AJIO label crop
Stamp SKU and Quantity on AJIO Labels from Your Order Excel
AJIO buyers are fashion customers – one wrong size means a return. The safest way to pack is to read the SKU straight from the label in your hand.
Stamping does that automatically from the order sheet you already download.
How matching works
The AJIO label crop tool reads the order or shipment number on each label, finds the same number in your Excel and prints the SKU and quantity in a clear spot on the label.
When a label cannot be matched
- It is removed from the print file instead of printing without a SKU.
- It is listed in a downloadable error file with the reason.
- You fix the Excel (or check the order) and run it again.
What the stamped label shows
The stamp contains the SKU (or several SKUs for multi-item orders), the quantity of each, and a bold total. New Dropship labels can also show a MULTI tag, a sequence number and the stamp time in the side column, while old labels show the stamp time at the bottom right.
Safety rules built in
- A label is stamped only when its number is found in the Excel.
- Orders with no open quantity are not printed.
- Duplicate shipments are flagged instead of printed twice.
- Every decision is listed in the downloadable log.
Excel tips
Download the latest order sheet right before printing, so every new order is in it. Do not edit order ID columns by hand.
Frequently asked questions
Which columns does the Excel need?
The order or shipment number and the SKU. Quantity is used when present.
Can I use a CSV?
Use the Excel file from the AJIO panel for best results.
Does stamping change the barcode?
No. The stamp is placed away from the barcode.
Why match by order number rather than position?
Position-based matching breaks if a single page is missing; number matching does not.
Can I stamp my own text?
The stamp uses SKUs from your order sheet for accuracy.
