How to Print AJIO Labels on a 4×6 Thermal Printer
AJIO label PDFs are not always sized for thermal stickers. Cropping them to 4×6 makes them print full size and scan reliably.
Set up once and every AJIO batch prints the same way.
Prepare the files
Add your AJIO order Excel and label PDF to the AJIO label crop tool. Labels are cropped to 4×6 and stamped with SKU and quantity.
Printer setup
- Create a 4 × 6 in paper size in the thermal printer preferences.
- Choose direct thermal mode.
- Calibrate the gap sensor.
Typical AJIO print run
- Load a fresh 4×6 roll and calibrate.
- Process labels with the order sheet.
- Print the first label and scan its barcode with a phone app.
- Print the batch with page numbers on.
- Match the last page number to your parcel count.
Keeping stamps readable
Medium darkness keeps the small stamp text crisp. If stamps look bold and smudged, lower darkness or print speed one step.
Test before a big batch
Print one label first and check that the barcode scans with a phone, the SKU stamp is readable and nothing is cut at the edges. Then print the rest of the batch.
Print at 100% scale with no margins in the print dialog. Keep the page footer on to see page numbers.
