Print Amazon Labels with the Invoice After Each Label

Updated 27 October 2026 · 2 min read · By the LabelCroppers team

Some sellers put the invoice inside every Amazon parcel, others do not. When you need both, keeping each invoice with the right label is the hard part.

The crop tool keeps the pair together automatically.

Turn on invoice pages

Tick Add invoice page after each label in the Amazon label crop tool. The output alternates label, invoice, label, invoice – each invoice is the one matched to that label.

Print size choices

  • 4×6 for both – one roll, one print run.
  • A4 output if you want invoices at full readable size.

Thermal or A4 for invoices

Invoices printed on 4×6 stickers are readable but small. If buyers or your own team need to read them, use A4 output and print on a laser printer instead – the label and its invoice still come out in matched pairs.

Common pairing questions

  • If an invoice is missing from the PDF, the label is printed without an invoice page after it.
  • Orders with two invoice pages keep both pages after the label.
  • Labels for cancelled orders should be removed from the batch before printing.

Keep your invoices

Cropping keeps only the label in the output. Keep the original Amazon PDF if you need customer invoices for your records or to put in the package.

Keep records

Your original PDF stays unchanged on your computer as the official copy of every invoice.
