How to Print Amazon Easy Ship Labels on a Thermal Printer
Amazon Easy Ship labels are designed for 4×6 stickers, but the PDF you download includes invoice pages and is not always sized for your printer.
Here is the complete routine from Seller Central to a stuck-on label.
Download the right PDF
In Seller Central go to Manage Orders, select the Easy Ship orders that are ready, and print labels and invoices to PDF. Save the file instead of printing it straight away.
Crop and stamp
Drop the PDF into the Amazon label crop tool. Labels are cropped to 4×6, matched with their invoices, stamped with the SKU and quantity, and sorted by SKU.
Easy Ship handover tips
- Print labels as soon as orders are ready so you are never rushing before the pickup slot.
- Stick the label flat on the largest side of the parcel.
- Keep the picklist and print order together so you can match parcels quickly when the courier arrives.
- Count parcels against the last page number before the rider scans them.
If labels and invoices are in separate PDFs
Some sellers download labels and invoices as separate files. Drop both into the tool together – pairing works across files in the same batch, so SKUs are still stamped.
Printer settings
- Paper size 4 × 6 in in the thermal printer preferences.
- Margins None, scale 100% / Actual size.
- Calibrate the label gap once after loading a new roll.
Frequently asked questions
Why print the SKU on the label?
Amazon labels do not clearly show which product to pack. The SKU stamp prevents wrong-item shipments.
My label prints blank – why?
Check that direct thermal mode is selected and the roll is loaded with the coated side towards the head.
Can I print on A4 instead?
Yes. Choose A4 and 2 or 4 labels per page.
Can I print labels for only some orders?
Select just those orders in Seller Central before downloading.
How do I reprint one damaged label?
Use Extract pages on the cropped PDF and print that page again.
