Flipkart Seller Hub gives you a PDF where each A4 page holds the Ekart shipping label on top and the tax invoice underneath. To print on a thermal label printer you only want the label part, at full size.

How to crop Flipkart labels
- Download the label + invoice PDF from the Orders section of Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Open the Flipkart label crop tool and drop the PDF in. Several files at once are fine.
- The preview shows each finished label exactly as it will print.
- Click Crop and download or Print.
What makes it accurate
The tool finds where the “Tax Invoice” section starts on each page and cuts just above it, then trims to the printed label border. That means no invoice text creeps onto the label and nothing on the label is cut off.
Full PDF or already-cropped PDF – both work
Flipkart sellers end up with two kinds of files: the combined A4 label + invoice PDF from Seller Hub, and label-only PDFs that are already cropped. The tool recognises both. Full pages are cropped to the label; already-cropped pages are printed exactly as they are, so nothing is cut twice.
The file list shows which type each file is – “Flipkart label + invoice” or “Cropped Flipkart label” – so you always know what you are printing.
Guard against the wrong file
If you accidentally drop a Meesho or Amazon PDF into the Flipkart tool, it warns you, blocks printing for that file and suggests the Auto-detect tool. This prevents a whole batch of wrongly cropped labels on busy mornings.
