Print Flipkart Label and Invoice Separately from One PDF
Flipkart combines the shipping label and tax invoice on each A4 page. Depending on your workflow you may want only labels, or labels and invoices on separate pages.
Both are possible from the same PDF without editing it by hand.
Labels only
Open the Flipkart label crop tool and leave Add invoice page after each label unticked. The output contains only the labels.
Labels and invoices
Tick Add invoice page after each label. Each label is followed by its own invoice, cut from the lower part of the same page, so the pair always matches.
How the invoice is found
On each page the tool looks for the “Tax Invoice” heading. Everything above it is the label; everything below it is the invoice. Because this is checked page by page, labels and invoices stay correctly split even when some pages have taller labels than others.
Printing invoices on A4 while labels go to thermal
- Crop and print labels to the thermal printer from the tool.
- Open the original Flipkart PDF in your PDF reader.
- Print it on your laser printer – each page then has the full invoice at readable size.
- Fold the invoice into the parcel together with the matching label.
Printing tips
- Thermal printers can print invoices too, but small text is easier to read on A4.
- To print invoices on A4, keep the original PDF and print it on your laser printer.
- Always follow Flipkart’s current instructions about invoices inside the parcel.
Frequently asked questions
Does the invoice keep its original size?
It is scaled to fit the page size you choose. Use A4 output if you need invoices at full size.
Will labels and invoices stay in order?
Yes. Every invoice is placed directly after the label from the same page.
Can I get invoices only?
Use the Extract pages tool on the original PDF, or crop the invoice area with the Crop PDF tool.
Can I add invoices for only some orders?
Run those orders’ pages separately with the invoice option on.
Is the invoice still a valid copy?
It is the same content Flipkart generated; keep the original PDF as your record.
