FNSKU Label Size: Thermal Rolls and A4 Sticker Sheets
FNSKU labels are small barcode stickers, so the right size balances readability against packaging space.
You can print them on narrow thermal rolls or on A4 sheets with many labels.
Thermal labels
Thermal printers print FNSKU labels one per sticker on small rolls. The tool offers 50 × 25, 38 × 25, 50 × 30, 75 × 50 and 100 × 50 mm, plus 100 × 150 mm. This is fastest for large quantities and gives very sharp barcodes.
A4 sticker sheets
- Supported A4 layouts: 21 (63.5 × 38.1 mm), 24 (63.5 × 33.9 mm), 40 (52.5 × 29.7 mm), 44 (48.5 × 25.4 mm) and 65 (38.1 × 21.2 mm) labels per page.

Which size to choose
- Small items and polybags: 50×25 mm or 38×25 mm.
- Boxes and larger packs: 50×30 or 75×50 mm.
- No thermal printer: A4 sheets with 21, 24, 40, 44 or 65 labels.
