FBA FNSKU stickers
How to Print FNSKU Labels on a Thermal Printer
A thermal printer is the fastest way to label hundreds of FBA units. Each label prints in about a second, with no ink.
Setup takes a few minutes the first time.
Prepare the labels
Enter FNSKUs and quantities in the FBA FNSKU sticker generator and choose the thermal output that matches your roll size.
Printer setup
- Load the small label roll and calibrate the gap sensor.
- Create a paper size matching the label in the driver.
- Choose direct thermal (or thermal transfer if you use a ribbon).
- Set darkness so bars are solid but not bleeding.
Common thermal settings
- Paper size matching your roll, for example 50×25 mm.
- Scale 100% / Actual size.
- Darkness medium-high so the barcode is solid black.
- Calibrate after loading a new roll.
Avoid mix-ups
Print one product’s labels at a time and stick them before moving to the next product. Mixing FNSKU labels between similar products is one of the most common causes of inventory problems at the fulfilment centre.
Check one label first
Scan a printed label with a phone barcode app and confirm the number matches the FNSKU in Seller Central. If it does not scan, raise darkness, lower speed or use a larger label size, then print the full batch.
Print and check
Print one label and scan it with a phone barcode app. If it reads the FNSKU correctly, print the full quantity.
