Print FNSKU Labels on A4 Sheets Without Wasting Stickers

Updated 27 October 2026 · 2 min read · By the LabelCroppers team

A4 sticker sheets are the easiest way to start labelling FBA units without a thermal printer. The common complaint is wasted half-used sheets.

Choosing a start position solves that.

Pick the sheet layout

In the FBA FNSKU sticker generator, choose A4 sheets and select the layout matching your sticker paper (21, 24, 40, 44 or 65 labels per page).

Use leftover stickers

Set the start position to the first unused label on a partly used sheet. Printing begins there and continues onto new sheets.

Example

You printed 30 labels on a 40-label sheet yesterday. Today, set the start position to 31: the first 10 labels fill the rest of that sheet, and anything more continues on a fresh sheet. No stickers are wasted.

Common sheet sizes

  • 21 per sheet (3 × 7) – larger labels, easy to read.
  • 24 per sheet (3 × 8) – a popular all-rounder.
  • 40 or 44 per sheet – smaller labels for small items.
  • 65 per sheet (5 × 13) – the smallest labels, for very small packs.

Alignment tips

If labels drift down the page, check that the printer paper size is A4 (not Letter) and that scaling is 100%. Feed one sheet at a time for best accuracy.

Print accurately

  • Print at 100% scale, no fit to page.
  • Test on plain paper and hold it over the sheet.
  • Use laser-compatible sheets.
