Meesho label crop
How to Print Meesho Labels on a Thermal Printer (Step by Step)
Printing Meesho labels on a thermal printer is simple once three things are right: the PDF is cropped to the label, the printer driver uses a 4×6 paper size, and the print scale is set to 100% (Actual size).
This guide walks through the full routine most suppliers use every morning, from downloading the PDF to sticking the label on the packet.
Step 1: Crop the label PDF
Meesho gives you labels on A4 pages. Open the Meesho label crop tool, drop the PDF in and download the cropped file. Each label comes out on its own 4×6 page with the invoice removed.
Step 2: Set up the printer once
- Open Printers & scanners in Windows and choose your thermal printer.
- Go to Printing preferences → Page setup and select or create a 4 × 6 in (101.6 × 152.4 mm) stock.
- Set darkness/heat to a medium value – too dark makes barcodes bleed.
- Run the printer’s calibration (press and hold the feed button on most TSC and TVS models) so it detects the label gap.
Setting up popular printers
- TSC TE244 / TE200: use the Seagull driver from TSC, create a 4.00 × 6.00 in stock under Page Setup, and run Auto Calibration from the printer utility.
- TVS LP 46 Neo / Lite: install the TVS driver, set paper to 4×6, then hold the feed button until the printer feeds two labels to calibrate.
- Zebra ZD220 / ZD230: in the ZDesigner driver set width 4 in and height 6 in, media type “Label with gaps”, print method direct thermal.
- Xprinter XP-420B / XP-470B: set paper size in the driver and use the Xprinter tool’s gap calibration.
Print a test before the full batch
Always print the first label alone and check three things: the label is centred, nothing is cut at the edges, and the barcode is dark and crisp. Scan the AWB barcode with any phone barcode app – if it reads, the courier scanner will too.
Once the test label is right, print the rest of the file. Keeping page numbers on in the footer lets you restart from the right label if the roll runs out halfway.
Step 3: Print with the right settings
In the browser print dialog choose your thermal printer, paper size 4×6, margins None and scale 100% or Actual size. Turn off “Fit to page” in Adobe Reader because it shrinks the barcode.
If labels drift down the roll, recalibrate the printer – the gap sensor has lost its position.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my Meesho label printing small in the corner?
The printer is still set to A4 or Letter. Change the paper size in the printer preferences to 4×6 and print the cropped PDF at 100% scale.
Can I print Meesho labels from a mobile?
Yes, if your thermal printer supports Wi-Fi or Bluetooth printing. Crop the labels on the phone browser and print through the printer’s app.
Do I need to print the invoice too?
Keep whatever your courier and Meesho currently require. The crop tool can add the invoice as a separate page after each label if you need it.
Which paper size name should I pick in the driver?
Choose the one that says 4 × 6 in, 4.00 × 6.00 in, or 100 × 150 mm. If none exists, create a custom size with those dimensions.
How often should I calibrate?
Every time you load a new roll or switch to a different label brand.
