Meesho Label Size: Convert the A4 PDF to 4×6 Thermal Labels

Updated 27 October 2026 · 2 min read · By the LabelCroppers team

Meesho shipping labels are downloaded as A4 pages, but the label itself is designed to be printed on a 4 × 6 inch thermal sticker, the standard size for Indian e-commerce couriers.

Knowing the exact sizes helps you buy the right roll, set your printer correctly and avoid labels that print off-centre.

Common label sizes compared

  • 4 × 6 in = 101.6 × 152.4 mm – the most common thermal label roll.
  • 100 × 150 mm – the metric roll sold by many Indian suppliers; almost identical to 4×6.
  • A6 = 105 × 148 mm – used by some laser-printer sticker sheets.
  • A4 = 210 × 297 mm – the page Meesho gives you, with the label on the top half.

Converting A4 to 4×6 without losing quality

The Meesho label crop tool cuts the label region straight out of the PDF as vector graphics, so text and barcodes stay sharp at any size. Choose 4×6 or 100×150 in Label size and set a 1–2 mm margin so nothing is cut at the edge.

Turn on Auto-rotate if your roll feeds landscape; the tool turns each label to fit.

Why the original A4 layout does not fit

On the A4 page, the Meesho label occupies roughly the top half, and the bottom half is the tax invoice. If you print the whole page on a 4×6 sticker, the printer scales everything down to fit, so the label shrinks to about half its intended size and small text becomes unreadable.

Cropping removes the invoice part first, then the label is scaled to the sticker size you choose. The result is a label at full size – exactly what couriers expect.

Margins, rotation and trimming

  • Margin: 1–2 mm keeps the label away from the sticker edge if your printer drifts slightly.
  • Smart trim: tightens the crop to the printed area so no white space is wasted.
  • Auto-rotate: turns a label to match a landscape or portrait roll.
  • Same as cropped area: keeps the original label size if you prefer not to scale.

Which roll should you buy?

Buy 100 × 150 mm direct thermal labels with a 3-inch core if your printer is a desktop model like the TSC TE244 or TVS LP 46. Check the core size in your printer manual before ordering in bulk.

Frequently asked questions

Is 100×150 mm the same as 4×6 inch?

Very close. 4×6 is 101.6 × 152.4 mm. Either setting prints Meesho labels correctly.

Can I print two Meesho labels on one A4 sheet?

Yes. Choose A4 as the label size and 2 labels per page if you use a laser printer and sticker sheets.

Will cropping make the barcode blurry?

No. The crop keeps the original vector data, so barcodes print as sharp as the PDF.

Can I use 4×4 labels for Meesho?

Only if your courier accepts smaller labels. 4×6 is the standard and safest choice.

Does the size setting change for each batch?

No. Your choice is remembered in the browser, so you set it once.
