Print Meesho Labels Without the Invoice (or With It on a Separate Page)
Meesho label PDFs combine the courier label and the tax invoice on one A4 page. Many suppliers only stick the label on the packet, so printing the invoice half every time is wasted paper.
Others need the invoice inside the parcel. The good news: you can choose either option in a few seconds.
Label only
By default the Meesho label crop tool crops just the label area. The invoice half is ignored and every output page is a clean 4×6 label.
Label plus invoice
Tick Add invoice page after each label. The output then alternates: label, its invoice, next label, its invoice. Print on the same thermal roll, or print the invoices separately on A4 if you prefer.
How much paper you save
Printing the full A4 page uses one sheet per order. Printing only the cropped label uses one 4×6 sticker. For 100 orders a day that is 100 fewer A4 sheets and a large drop in toner use – easily several thousand rupees a month for busy suppliers.
If you do need invoices, printing them on plain A4 paper separately while labels go on the thermal printer keeps both readable and still saves sticker stock.
Keeping records for GST
- Store the original Meesho PDF for every dispatch day – it contains the full invoice.
- Name files by date, e.g. meesho-2026-10-28.pdf, in a monthly folder.
- Share the folder with your accountant at month end instead of printed copies.
Which should you use?
- Follow your current Meesho and courier instructions for invoices inside the parcel.
- If invoices are not needed in the box, label-only saves about half your printing.
- Keep the original PDF on your computer as your record – it always contains the full invoice.

Is it allowed to ship without the invoice?
Rules can change, so follow the latest guidance in your Meesho Supplier Panel. The tool simply lets you print either way.
Will the invoice fit on a 4×6 label?
Yes, it is scaled to fit, but small text can be hard to read. Print invoices on A4 if you need them clear.
Does the tool keep my original PDF?
Your original file is never changed. The tool creates a new PDF for download.
Does Meesho need a physical invoice copy?
Check the current instructions in your Supplier Panel; they can change.
Can I print invoices later?
Yes. Your original PDF always keeps them.
