Meesho Label Crop Online Free: Print 4×6 Labels in Seconds

Updated 27 October 2026 · 3 min read · By the LabelCroppers team

Every Meesho supplier knows the problem: the Supplier Panel gives you an A4 PDF where the courier label sits on the top half and the tax invoice fills the rest. A thermal printer needs a single 4×6 inch label, so printing the PDF as it is wastes paper and makes the barcode tiny.

A Meesho label crop tool fixes this in one step. You drop the PDF in, the label area is cut out of every page and placed on its own 4×6 page, ready for TSC, Zebra, TVS or Xprinter thermal printers.

How to crop Meesho labels online

  1. Download the label PDF from Orders → Ready to Ship in the Meesho Supplier Panel.
  2. Open the free Meesho label crop tool on LabelCroppers.
  3. Drop one or more PDFs into the box – several accounts at once is fine.
  4. Check the output preview: it shows exactly how each label will print.
  5. Click Crop and download or Print.

Why cropping beats printing the full page

A full A4 page shrunk onto a 4×6 roll makes the AWB barcode about 40% smaller, and courier scanners often fail on it. Cropping keeps the label at its real size, so barcodes scan first time at pickup.

You also stop paying for A4 sheets and ink. A roll of 500 thermal labels usually costs less than a ream of paper plus toner for the same number of orders.

What a cropped Meesho label looks like

After cropping, every page of the new PDF is exactly one shipping label: the courier logo and AWB barcode at the top, the return address, the customer address and the product details block. Nothing from the invoice half remains, and the label is centred with a small, even white border so it never touches the edge of the sticker.

The output preview in the tool shows this finished label before you print, so you can flip through the pages with the arrows and be sure every order looks right. If something looks off – for example after Meesho changes its layout – the Adjust crop button lets you fix the box once and the change is remembered for all later batches.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Meesho label crop tool really free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.

Are my label PDFs uploaded to a server?

No. The PDF is opened and cropped inside your browser, so customer names and addresses never leave your computer.

Which printer size should I choose?

Pick 4×6 in (100×150 mm) for almost every thermal printer sold in India. Use A4 with 2 or 4 labels per page if you print on a normal laser printer.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The tool runs in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone.

How many labels can I crop at once?

There is no fixed limit. A normal computer handles several hundred labels in one batch; for very large runs, split the PDF into two or three files.
