How to Grow Orders on Amazon India: A 90-Day Plan

Updated 27 October 2026 · 3 min read · By the LabelCroppers team

Growth on Amazon is rarely one big trick. It is a sequence: fix the basics, find the products that sell, then put more fuel behind them. This 90-day plan gives you the order of work.

Days 1–30: Fix the foundation

  • Audit every listing against our listing checklist.
  • Fill all attributes and backend keywords.
  • Make sure each product has at least 30 days of stock.
  • Launch auto and exact Sponsored Products campaigns on every product.
  • Set up a daily packing routine with SKU-stamped labels.

Days 31–60: Find the winners

Look at Business Reports and ads data. Rank products by sessions, conversion and profit. Typically a small share of SKUs makes most of the profit. Double down on these: higher ad budgets on proven keywords, better images, A+ content, coupons.

For products with traffic but low conversion, fix price, images or size chart. For products with good conversion but low traffic, increase ads and add keywords.

Days 61–90: Scale

  • Move winners to FBA for Prime delivery.
  • Launch new variations (colours, sizes, packs) of winning styles.
  • Add Sponsored Brands if brand-registered.
  • Prepare for the next sale event.
  • Expand to other marketplaces with the same proven products.

Measure what matters

Track weekly: sessions, conversion rate, units, TACoS, return rate and profit per unit. Growth that raises TACoS and returns is not real growth.

Expanding the catalog the smart way

Use your best seller as a template. If a cotton frock in red sells, test the same design in two more popular colours, then a matching sibling style (for example the same print as a top and shorts set). Variations of proven products have lower risk than completely new ideas.

Building off-Amazon traffic

Instagram, WhatsApp and influencer content that link to your Amazon listing or Brand Store bring extra sales. External traffic that converts can support ranking. Amazon's attribution tools (for brand-registered sellers) help measure which channels drive sales.

Using data every week

  • Business Reports – sessions, conversion, units by child ASIN.
  • Advertising reports – search terms, ACoS, TACoS.
  • Returns report – reasons by SKU.
  • Inventory reports – days of cover.
  • Customer reviews and questions – qualitative insights.

Hiring and delegating

As orders grow, delegate packing first, then listings and customer messages, and keep ads and pricing decisions close to the owner. Document each process (labels, packing, returns) so a new team member can follow it from day one.

Checklist

  • Listing audit complete
  • Ads on every product
  • Winners identified by profit
  • FBA plan for winners
  • New variations of best sellers
  • Weekly metrics sheet
